8 Week Weightlifting Guide
LISA LEAN is an 8 week weightlifting guide. This plan is designed to help you strip body fat whilst maintaining and increasing muscle size to help you achieve that lean, toned and sculpted look. The programme includes high intensity workouts that will test your limits. The workouts are in the higher rep range between 12 -30 (hypertrophy) to help keep the heart rate up during the session. You will include LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio 5 x per week for 30 mins after your weights session. You will need to make sure you're eating in a calorie deficit alongside this type of training to ensure you reach your desired goal. This guide can also be unlocked when you start a subscription with the STRNG app.
LISA LEAN is structured around moderate weights and higher rep ranges to sculpt and define. It pairs resistance training with conditioning circuits for optimal body composition results.
