LISA'S GYM EXPRESS offers an upper/lower training split to make sure you're hitting every muscle group with adequate intensity, whether you train at home or in the gym. The guide is devised into a week A & week B format and will be 4 x weekly and no more than 30 - 45 mins. This guide can also be unlocked when you start a subscription with the STRNG app.
