Get results by working out just 3 days a week. This is an 8-week program designed for anyone who is short on time who wants to achieve maximum impact. This guide offers a full body training split to make sure you're hitting every muscle group with adequate intensity. You'll work all muscle-groups within an allotted time, rather than just one specific muscle group. Full body workouts promote a higher calorie burn and have the advantage of working on more functional movements which can contribute towards our quality of life. This guide is written with training at the gym in mind, however with the ability to swap exercises this guide could also be done at home with access to a range of dumbbells.
