8 Week Weightlifting Guide
ROMANE SHRED GUIDE is designed for anyone who is serious about getting completely shredded. This plan best emulates what I do to prepare for shows to get me as shredded as possible whilst maintaining muscle mass. ROMANE SHRED GUIDE includes 6 workouts per week. Training is 6 days per week. Sunday is a rest day. Follow the plan as best you can and remember to share your progress with us on our Instagram by tagging our page @strngofficial_ in your pictures and using the hashtag #STRNGSHRED. This guide can also be unlocked when you start a subscription with the STRNG app.
ROMANE SHRED is a progressive 8-week programme combining compound lifts with targeted accessory work. Expect supersets, tri-sets, and metabolic finishers that push your limits every session.
